Order Processing: All orders are diligently picked, expertly packaged, and promptly dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that this 24-hour processing time excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Same-Day Dispatch (Weekdays): For orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, we offer a same-day dispatch service. If you place your order within this time frame, we will ensure that your package is shipped on the same day.
Delivery Options: We offer various delivery options to cater to your needs. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

30-day Return Policy: You have a generous 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in its original, unused condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping: Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Personalized Items: Please be aware that personalized items, such as monogrammed or custom-engraved products, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
